Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of indianweddingsfl.com and to services provided by Indian Weddings FL ("we," "us"). By using the site or booking our services, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide event planning, photography, photobooth, DJ and MC, special effects, dhol players and live musicians for weddings and celebrations, primarily in Florida. The details of each booking, including date, time, location, lineup and price, are set out in a written proposal or agreement. If anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement controls.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are estimates until you accept a written proposal and pay any required deposit. A date is held for you only once your deposit and signed agreement are received. Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking.

Payments

Payment amounts and due dates are listed in your agreement. Please never send card numbers, passwords or ID numbers by email or text.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate event details and timely updates, including venue rules and access times.
• Obtain any permissions your venue requires for music, effects and baraats.
• Make sure our team has safe access, power and space to work.

Special effects and safety

Effects such as cold sparks, fog and confetti are used only where the venue allows them. We may decline or modify any effect, performance or activity we reasonably believe is unsafe or not permitted.

Photos and recordings

Unless your agreement says otherwise, we may use photos and clips from your event in our portfolio, website and social media. Tell us in writing if you would prefer we do not, and we will honor that for future use.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events outside our reasonable control such as severe weather, venue closures, power failures or guest conduct. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service.

Website use

The site content, logos and images belong to Indian Weddings FL. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission. We may update the site or these terms at any time; the date above shows the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
